Shipping Policy

We strive to provide fast and secure delivery for all our customers. Below is our shipping process in full transparency:

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding Sundays and national holidays.
• Dispatch & Delivery: After processing, items are dispatched and generally delivered within 3–7 working days depending on the location.
• Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services like DTDC, India Post, Trackon, and Shree Maruti to ensure safe delivery.
• Remote Area Delays: Deliveries to rural, hilly, or remote areas may take additional 2–3 days.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated during checkout based on pincode and item weight. Free shipping may apply on selected products or promotions.
• Tracking: Tracking links are sent via WhatsApp/SMS/Email within 24 hours of dispatch. If not received, you may contact our support.

Packing & Handling

• Every item is carefully inspected and securely packed using bubble wrap, cartons, and eco-friendly materials.
• In case of fragile items (like deities, frames, glass items), special care is taken. If any item arrives damaged, please refer to our Replacement Policy.

Delivery Failures

• If the delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
• If the package is returned to us, a refund (excluding shipping) will be processed after deduction of return charges.

Custom Requests

If you have specific shipping instructions (like packaging preferences, date of delivery, or courier partner), kindly mention them while placing your order or contact us immediately.

International Orders

We currently ship within India. For international delivery, kindly email us before placing the order so that we can assist you with cost & timelines.

Customer Support

If you face any issue before or after placing your order, our support team is here to help. Please mention your order ID for faster assistance.

Returns & Replacements

Items once delivered will only be replaced if they are damaged during transit or wrong product is received. Unboxing video is compulsory to raise a claim. You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Important Notes

• We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates or festivals. However, we try our best to dispatch orders at the earliest.
• Please avoid placing orders if your address falls under containment or lockdown zones.
• In case of unavoidable courier delays (natural calamity, strike, etc.), we appreciate your patience.
